CONCORD ENTITY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
Description
Entity 89 is a creature formed mainly of muscle tissue that bears a distant resemblance to Frontrooms larvae. Its head has a large, protruding mouth capable of transmitting a dangerous bacterial infection. If this infection is not treated, the bacteria can cause several effects:
inflammation
Headache
Tiredness
Stomach Pains
Rashes
Organ Failure
The infection progresses in three stages. Stages 1 to 2 can be treated, while stage 3 is currently considered incurable:
Stage 1
Those in this stage usually feel mild headaches, body pains and constant fatigue. The infection can still be treated and stopped, since the bacteria have not yet fully developed, which makes the infection easier to treat.
Stage 2
Now in stage two, the bacteria begin to spread rapidly throughout the Wanderer's body, making headaches much stronger, various inflammations, stomach pain and more constant tiredness. Muscle tissue of the Wanderer’s organs begins to move as if they had made a living and have tried to move or come out of where they are, these affected organs can also merge with a part of his tissue in Wanderer's other organs or body parts, causing unbearable pain.
Stage 3
The last stage, the infected Wanderer begins to feel all the effects of the previous stages, only stronger and more intense, making it more difficult for the wanderer to walk or do more basic things. Your skin becomes completely pale and your organs begin to stop working. These organs will begin to deform and squirm sharply, causing intense pain. The survival time may vary depending on the conditions of the infected Wanderer, it may be 24 hours or less, and after that time the organs completely stop, causing Wanderer's death that had the misfortune of catching the virus.
Life Cycle
The Fleshborns have a morphological evolution triggered by drywall consumption of level’s walls such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 4, and Level 5. According to M.E.G. studies, drywall contains minerals that are important for the bacterial colony, they consume these minerals and nutrients along with the water and bacteria of the colony consume and eat and develop and stretch and join with the bacterial colony tissue.
When these bacteria grow, they can also multiply by making several of themselves for all muscle tissue, it was noticed that the more and more drywall these creatures consume, the faster their evolution. Moving from larva to evolved arachnid, this was discovered by M.E.G. tests and studies with different amounts of drywall, we also have documents from the stages M.E.G. was able to discover.
Larva

The first stage of the Fleshborn is its initial larval stage. These creatures are approximately 20 centimeters long and have a body formed mainly of muscle tissue. Despite its small size, it is able to move quickly and leave a trail of flesh helping Larva move, a characteristic similar to a snail's goo. This trail should not be touched. Any Wanderer who comes in direct contact with this trail can contract the same unknown disease transmitted by the bite of a Fleshborn.
They also have a temperature related weakness. If the temperature is much warmer, it can affect Fleshborn depending on its stage.
In the case of the least resistant larva, when placed in a slightly higher temperature environment, its tissue becomes more unstable, causing it to slow down and weaken, but the organism does not melt, because of a bacterial colony in constant evolution and proliferation.
The main objective of Larva is to feed and accumulate as much nutrients and minerals as possible in drywall to evolve, its diet is composed of drywall of the levels walls, which is the main food of the Fleshborns, but these things also feed on other types of food, as was noticed by M.E.G. when drywall is scarce.
Decomposing organic matter that they consume consists mainly of Wanderers killed by other entities, and when there is no stronger entity than them, larvae begin to eat everything they find from the Wanderers, such as skin, flesh, eyes, and organs.
Pre-arachnids

This is stage two. The larva has already consumed a large amount of sufficient nutrients for its body to begin a great evolution, developing feet and increasing in size, going from 20 centimeters to 35 centimeters, and its mouth evolves and gets bigger and will be more open.
Fleshborns in this stage have a movement of arachnids, using their feet to move. Unlike the larvae, which leave a continuous trail of meat on the ground, at this stage they leave only a few footprints of meat.
Both the pre-arachnid and arachnid form are more resistant to fire and standard weapons, although the situation is somewhat similar to that of the larva. If they are placed in places of high temperature, they are able to withstand higher levels of heat, which may be stronger than a normal human.
The Fleshborn at this stage begin to create and build a nest of "meat", usually gathering several of them to create the nest and begin to release a fleshy substance used to nest, and this substance begins to spread across the walls, the ground and everything else. The Fleshborns begin to lay shiny eggs of meat, and the liquid helps create new Fleshborns that begin to develop inside the egg until the larvae appear, the egg breaks and the larvae fall to the ground, one of the best reproduction modes made by the Fleshborn.
They also have another mode of reproduction that is done through Wanderer's bodies infected with Fleshborns disease.
After being collected by researchers for analysis, the liver began to pulse rapidly. When the researchers discovered that a bacterial colony had formed within it, a few moments later the colony ruptured the liver and began to use the tissues of the liver and nearby organs to form a larva, which is the first stage of the Fleshborn's life cycle.
Arachnid

This is the last stage M.E.G. discovered. The pre-arachnid has already consumed a large amount of nutrients from the drywall of the walls for the bacterial colony to consume and evolve to its final stage. Here, its body will grow from 35 centimeters to about 150 centimeters, the mouth will open wider, and the teeth will appear and grow sharper, able to tear tissue and bone, the feet will become more robust and elongated, allowing the creature to climb walls and ceilings with greater ease, and its dense muscle mass will also increase its stamina.
Even with an effective hunting method, the Fleshborns have some limitations. One of them was perceived by the M.E.G.: “The entity has a lower view of other entities, making it rely on other senses to locate its victims, such as sound. It has also been noted that if they are pointed in a certain direction, the Fleshborn arachnids and pre-arachnids will move quickly towards the light and attempt to attack what is near it.”
The arachnids exhibit ambush behavior, hiding in dark places, corridors and tight spaces, waiting for a victim to attack. They usually hunt alone. They also collect drywall and carry it back to their nests to feed and feed their developing larvae. Arachnids are extremely protective of their nests and can keep them for hours or even days, attacking both wanderers and other entities approaching.
Their diet is focused on consuming nutrient rich foods that benefit them, hunting for Wanderers and eating their organs as follows:

Brain
They consume large amounts of drywall as part of their diet; when they ingest a large amount of this material, their veins become yellowish and begin to pulse rapidly, which increases their strength, endurance, and speed.
Biology
Although it appears to be a living organism because it is made of muscle tissue, the Fleshborn is not controlled by a normal brain. Tests have shown that, from the larval form to the arachnid form, it has a colony of bacteria. During its development, the colony organizes the Fleshborn's tissues, allowing it to evolve into its advanced stages.
Based on the tests and studies carried out, the Fleshborn apparently do not have organs, also and noted that the whole body of Fleshborn and formed by microscopic networks between muscles and other tissues, this allows the colony of signals throughout the organism, coordinating their movements, growth and behavior.
The researchers also noted that the colony remains active even after the death of the infected organism or Wanderer, allowing it to survive long enough to begin the reproduction process using biological tissues to form a new larvae. Because of this behavior, some M.E.G. researchers hypothesize that the true organism is the bacterial colony itself, while the body of Fleshborn acts only as a biological structure controlled by it.
Even with the existence of the bacterial colony, it is not fully known how it works. It may contain unknown characteristics, and M.E.G. still conducts research to understand more about the bacterial colony.

Experiment 01 — Bacterial Analysi

Result: Bacterial Colony exists, but nothing is known about it but it is lethal to humans.
Experiment 02 — Drywall Consumption
Note: During confinement, the larva begins to grow restless and tries to reach something. Researchers place various materials in the container to observe its behavior: food, meat, fabric, wood, drywall, etc.
The larva ignores almost everything and begins to consume the drywall.
Dr. Harlow: The larva is ignoring everything wait, it’s eating some of the meat… and it seems to be observing its surroundings.
Researcher Cole: It’s heading for the drywall; it’s eating almost the entire piece…
Researcher Eiki: The larva appears to be evolving!
Researcher Cole: It has consumed all the drywall that was in the container.
Dr. Harlow: So, the nutrients in the drywall likely facilitated the evolution of these larvae, and perhaps the bacterial colony evolved as well.
Result: Fleshborns evolve faster when consuming drywall; this demonstrates that drywall provides them with nutrients and strengthens the bacterial colony.
Experiment 03 — Metamorphosis
Note: The idea was for the researchers to keep the same larva under observation after Experiment 02. After some time, it began to show physical changes. Initially, we didn't know whether it was a disease, a reaction to the drywall, or simply growth.
During observation, it begins to develop its first feet and increase in size.
Researcher Eiki: Wait… something's happening to it.
Assistant Cole: His body… it's evolving.
